Left arm seam bowler and right handed lower order batsman. Dennet’s ice cool approach to the game has had many suspecting there is a Jamaican screaming to jump out of his middle Englander body. Following his controversial call up to the first XI midway through last season, Dennett has proved invaluable as an economical bowler and a partnership breaker and appears set for a long spell in the firsts despite his frequent protestations. Dennet’s fielding has put many of his younger teammates to shame, demonstrating smooth mobility in the field and a thunderous arm which has already resulted in one stunning run out this season.
